You’re one step closer to a healthier, happier you. Please note, as a new patient, you'll need to fill out an intake form and a review of systems. Just download the forms, print them, and fill them out before your first visit.

You'll notice that I take a fairly detailed history. That's all part of the benefit of naturopathic medicine - a comprehensive look at your health helps me get to the real cause of any problems you may be having.
